Relax! Let us come to you. We live in a very busy society and sometimes “pick up dry cleaning” doesn’t make it onto your list of to-dos. Our free valet delivery service will save you both time and money, providing convenience and peace of mind.
Create your customer profile or sign in to your existing account

Sign Up
Schedule a pickup via our website on your laptop or smart phone. You will be directed to our online system where you can sign up as a new customer or log into your existing account. Click on the Pick Up & Delivery tab to request to be added to a route. Our Customer Service Manager will contact you to set up your first pick up. It is not necessary for you to be at home when our valet arrives.
Pick Up
Separate wash & fold laundry items from items that you want to be dry cleaned and place into disposable bags or your W&O VIP bag, and place outside of your door before your schedued pick up window.
Deliver
We will deliver your freshly cleaned garments directly to your doorstep in your own W&O VIP bag which can be used for future pickup and delivery orders. Dry cleaned items will be hung on your door. If no hook is available, one will be provided for you. Our standard turn around time is 3 business days.
