As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to challenge our community and rapidly pushes us all to make unfamiliar adjustments, here at W&O we are striving to remain consistent and readily available to assist you while protecting the safety of our customers and staff.

We have been closely monitoring and staying up to date on COVID-19 and recommendations from the CDC. Here is a list of steps that we are taking as a company and options that we have available to you as a customer:

• We will be offering Curbside Service to those who request it. Simply call the store when you pull up and have your clothes ready in a bag and we will come out to get it. (817) 923-5898

• VIP Bags are available to those who need one, making it easy for you to drop off your clothes curbside or in our lobby.

• We want to remind everyone that W&O has Free Pickup & Delivery service. Call (817) 923-5898 or click the link at the bottom of this page to learn more.

• If you are feeling sick and currently have clothes at our location, rest assured that your clothes will be held for you until you are able to retrieve them.

Dry Cleaning Safety Measures:

• At this time our service is recommended by the CDC to properly clean and disinfect your garments.

• The CDC has stated that the seasonal flu and other viruses are killed at temperatures over 167 degrees. Our dry cleaning and laundry processes are set above that temperature removing any bacteria or germs and should assist in killing the virus.

• We are practicing social distancing, stressing 20 second hand washing for all staff, keeping staffing at minimum and keeping our production hours as short as possible.

• Our employees have gloves and sanitizer available at all times.

• We are disinfecting door knobs and counters frequently throughout the day and wiping down counters between each customer transaction.
